on to the next challenge

We are beginning our next 14 day challenge today.
Mom will be joining us on this one.

We will be exercising again for 14 days (45 minutes each day) but this time we are adding 6 bike rides on top of the running.

This should put us in great shape for the 2 races at the end of the month.

Is today the day I only walk for 45 minutes? Is there any riding I need to do? I walked a mile Sunday morning and well over a mile last night.
